No reserve used car sale attracts big crowds

The Trade Centre UK has teamed up with BCA to remarket all part exchange vehicles generated from the newly opened car supermarket in Wednesbury, offering all stock to be sold without reserve.

The sale attracted a huge crowd of buyers to BCA Walsall on Tuesday May 2 and bidding was fast and furious throughout the sale as every car was sold on the day.

The Trade Centre UK only opened to the public on Good Friday but had already generated hundreds of part exchanges in time for the inaugural sale.

It is the fourth car supermarket retailing under The Trade Centre brand with three Trade Centre Wales sites already established in South Wales, owned by founder and chairman Mark Bailey.

Robin Wilde, regional operations director at BCA, said: "Offering all stock without reserve created massive interest amongst buyers and the first sale saw 238 cars offered and sold. The auction lane was packed with buyers throughout the sale and feedback was universally positive.

"The Trade Centre UK see this strategy as an investment to build interest in their brand in the wholesale market, and on the strength of the first sale, it's proving a shrewd move."

The Trade Centre UK sale will be every Tuesday at 1 pm at BCA Walsall.
