The landslips happened on Beach Grove, Omokoroa.
A slip crashed into a home and shunted a vehicle into a wall in the Western Bay of Plenty overnight.
The first landslip happened at 8.45pm, northern fire communications shift manager Jaron Phillips said.
The 30-metre landslip damaged a home on Bank Grove in Omokoroa.
When firefighters arrived on the scene, they found a second slip.
"The guys are putting up a bracing wall so they can extract a vehicle from a garage. A second vehicle has already been shunted into a wall."
