Footage captures the moment a mother leaves her three-year-old daughter alone in the car for over 30 minutes before it's towed away with the child still inside.
Mother-of-five Madlin Ahmad told police she had parked on Sydney Road in Coburg, Victoria to use the toilet, but CCTV captures her going to eat in a restaurant with her other children - leaving the toddler behind.
Ms Ahmed was sentenced to a good behaviour bond without conviction after pleading guilty at Broadmeadows Magistrates court on Wednesday, 9 News reports.
After parking her Toyota Prado on the Sydney Road clearway, Madlin Ahmed can be seen in the footage placing blankets and clothes over the windows of the car as her other children get out.

After parking her Toyota Prado on the Sydney Road clearway, Ms Ahmed can be seen in the footage placing blankets and clothes over the windows of the car as her other children get out.
They family then walked away to eat at Fahita's, a Lebanese and Mexican fusion restaurant, where Ms Ahmed had no clear view of her car.
The young girl was left in the back seat for 36 minutes before a tow truck came and took the car the car away.
On the day Ms Ahmed left her daughter in the car, temperatures reached a maximum of 19.6 degrees, but Senior Sergeant Jason Dolman said temperatures inside the car can be up to 20 to 30 degrees hotter.
Ms Ahmad's lawyer told the court the mother was 'aware that was an error of judgement,' 9 News reports.
'She will never forget the shock and fear she felt in those moments.'
