NVRAM bad in NetServer LH PRO.sorry, long time I didn't work on these server, I do not remember well if there is some specific procedure. I would suggest to create the FW update floppy first and flash the fw to latest version if you can
then start with the ECU floppy, enter in the bios, "view edit details" then if there is something to adjust, set it correctly, then save and exit, this will clear the nvram error.
CRC is cyclic redundancy check, it mean that at the end of the setting in the bios, there is some kind of control that make the sum of all the data, and issue a contol value. each time the server start, it check if the value is valid related to the data stored in nvram, if it is invalid (always after a clear cmos) it will complain
